We collect the minimum information needed to fulfill your order: your name, email address, and payment confirmation from Razorpay. We never store your full card or UPI details — payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay.

Purchased files are stored in a private Google Drive folder and delivered to you through our secure backend. We keep a log of your downloads (timestamp, IP address) solely to enforce download limits and prevent abuse.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except the service providers required to run this platform (Clerk for authentication, Razorpay for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Google Drive for file storage).

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@ignouassistance.com.
